Zafran is looking for an experienced a detail-oriented, and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives, driving operational excellence, and supporting the overall growth of the company.

What you will do
  •  Develop, implement, and optimize marketing processes to ensure the efficiency and scalability of marketing operations.
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within marketing systems, manage data flows between systems, and develop dashboards and reports to track marketing performance.
  • Build, execute, test, and measure innovative marketing campaigns across various channels (email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, etc.) with compelling information that drives target audience acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with sales and RevOps to develop and deploy lead and opportunity tracking.
  • Assist in the management of the marketing budget, including tracking expenses, forecasting, and ensuring alignment with overall financial goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing operations.


Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, such as CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), analytics (Google Analytics), and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality in all work
