Zafran is looking for an experienced Zafran is seeking dynamic and results-driven Channel Manager to join our team. This role is essential in developing and managing our relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.

What you will do
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
  •  Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  •  Lead the onboarding process for new channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and support to be successful.
  •  Work closely with channel partners to support their sales efforts, including joint sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  •  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement co-marketing programs, promotional activities, and lead-generation campaigns.
  •  Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and making recommendations for improvement.
  •  Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure channel partners are knowledgeable about Zafran’s products and solutions.
  •  Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with channel partners, ensuring a positive and productive relationship.
  •  Gather and relay feedback from channel partners to inform product development and improve partner programs.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel management, partner management, or a related role, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  •  Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and driving revenue growth through partner networks.
  •  Strong sales skills with the ability to support and influence partner sales efforts.
  •  Ability to develop and execute effective channel strategies that align with business goals.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  •  Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze partner performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
