Zafran is looking for an experience ,motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. As a BDR, you will be a key player in our sales efforts, responsible for generating new business opportunities and contributing to the overall growth of the company. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships, we want to hear from you.

What you will do
  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online 
  • research, industry events, and targeted outreach.
  • Utilize email, phone, and social media to initiate contact with prospects and 
  • create awareness about our products/services
  • Conduct preliminary assessments to determine the suitability of potential clients.
  • Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and buying criteria


Requirements


  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
