Zafran is looking for an experienced dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the strategy and development of our cutting-edge Risk & Mitigation platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, field engineers, sales, marketing and customer success. As a Senior Product Manager, you will develop strong relationships with our customers and gather feedback and requirements to successfully grow the product and contribute to its success.
Zafran is the First Risk and Mitigation Platform to fight threat exploitation. Zafran transforms risk mitigation by connecting to both vulnerability data and the organization’s security controls. The platform analyzes risk while considering controls’ efficacy as well as exploitability factors, then proactively automates mitigations to eliminate the exploitation window. Backed by Sequoia and Cyberstarts, we empower security teams to mobilize existing security controls and defuse threat exploitation beyond patching
- Collaborate with the product team to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Work closely with Developers to understand technical requirements and constraints.
- Translate customer needs and market trends into clear product requirements.
- Drive the product development process, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and incorporate insights into the product strategy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design seamless integration and onboarding processes for customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in backend development and cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to balance technical feasibility and product requirements.
- 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 positions.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong technical background, with an understanding of backend development, microservices, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, sense of ownership, and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Familiarity with Cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, or Azure (advantageous).
- Experience with operating systems internals (advantageous).
- Team player mentality with the capability to see the big picture and focus on critical details.
- Capability and willingness to take responsibility and have a deep influence.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Golang, Python, Java, or C/C++
- Experience in working with large Enterprises
