Description

Zafran is looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales function in the EMEA region, focusing on Israel as our first market in the region. This position will involve establishing sales processes, building a sales pipeline from the ground up, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strategic thinking, and building high-performance sales teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a successful Regional Sales Manager or similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within [industry/sector].
  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the EMEA region and the ability to build new sales processes from scratch.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Ability to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
  • Experience with Cybersecurity
