Bookkeeper
Description
Zafran is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Finance team and take full ownership of the company’s day-to-day accounting operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting business growth, and ensuring smooth financial processes across the organization.

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities
- Record, track, and process invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Support payroll processes and work with external payroll providers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Support process optimization and financial tools implementation
- Work closely with the Controller/CFO and external accountants and auditors
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper in the Hi-Tech industry (SaaS company is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes
- Experience working with accounting systems and financial tools (NetSuite, Mesh, Dokka, etc.,)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Fluent Hebrew and strong English skills
