Description

As a Recruiter at Zafran, you will play a key role in fueling the growth of our cybersecurity startup by helping to build a high-performing team across GTM and technical customer-facing positions. You will actively engage in sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with Zafran’s goals and values. What you will do

  • Build sourcing strategies and proactive pipelines for priority roles.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer close, with a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on profiles, run efficient processes, and drive strong hiring decisions.
  • Build high-quality pipelines by consistently identifying, engaging, and converting top talent.
  • Track funnel metrics and share insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Act as a proactive owner of the hiring process—anticipating challenges, removing friction, and continuously improving how we recruit.
  • Build deep, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor who drives clarity, accountability, and strong outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle ownership.
  • Proven success hiring for GTM roles, preferably sales and marketing
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound messaging, referrals, creative pipeline building).
  • Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and influence decisions through strong intake, calibration, and process leadership.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and able to build structure as you go.
  • Excellent communication and follow-through; able to move fast while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment (startup or scaling team) preferred.
