Head of Product Design
Description
Zafran is looking for an experienced Head of Product Design to lead and scale the UX function across the company. In this role, you will define the UX vision and strategy, build strong foundations for design excellence, and ensure outstanding user experiences across all Zafran products.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing leadership to align user needs with business goals and drive meaningful impact at scale.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, including leadership or head-level roles
- Proven experience leading UX for complex B2B / SaaS products
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to dive into details when needed
- Experience building and scaling UX teams and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence, align, and lead across multiple teams
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Experience or knowledge in cybersecurity
